After winning the Golden Magnolia Award, movie queen Li Muxue encountered a stage collapse. When she woke up, she was secretly drugged by her husband Shen Mingyuan and her agent Bai Yaxian, who then framed her for suffering from delusions. Sensing something was wrong, she joined forces with her childhood sweetheart Zhou Yanchi to investigate secretly, exposing the two's conspiracy of embezzling property and premeditated murder.
